Details from the form go by e-mail straight to the lawyer who will take on your matter. They are stored nowhere else.

Data from the contact form (name, phone, e-mail, description of your situation) is processed only so that we can reply and, if appropriate, take on your matter. The legal basis is negotiation of a contract at your request. The data is not passed to third parties, except for the e-mail service provider through which the message arrives.

If no representation follows, the data will be deleted within 6 months at the latest. The lawyer is bound by professional confidentiality.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz). Just write to us through the form on the home page.
